The sleeveless dress features blue fabric covered buttons at the front, a stand collar, and slits at the bottom sides. The dress has an a-line cut with openings at both sides of the waist; a coordinating sash allows you to cinch the waist, creating a cascading cape effect. The dress can also be tied at the back, or the belt can be double wrapped to fully cinch the waist.
