A fabulous red knit turtleneck sweater by Chanel circa the 1970s. This sweater is crafted in a mohair and acrylic purl knit. It features a dramatic asymmetrical fold-over turtleneck with a large decorative brown button on the left side. There is an asymmetrical ribbed fold beginning at the neck and extending to the armpit on the left side. Decorative open knit stitching on either shoulder. The long sleeves are wide down to the cuff. Knit ribbed neck, wrists, and waistband. Deadstock with tags still attached.
