A 1960s maxi dress by Elizabeth Arden that screams spring! The dress, crafted in a white texturized fabric printed with painterly pastel flowers, is trimmed with scalloped white lace at the arm openings and at the high neck. The dress has an a-line cut with slits at both sides of the waist; yellow ribbon at the waist allows you to cinch the dress, creating a cascading cape effect. The dress can also be tied at the back, or the belt can be double wrapped to fully cinch the waist. Zip closure at the back.
