A narrow cable chain connects to infinity shaped filagree spacers that connect to a central gold filagree piece. Surrounding this central filagree is a triangular band with eight seed pearls that culminates in a teardrop coral bead at the center point. Branching off from the triangular band are two additional bands. Each of these bands has three seed pearls and a teardrop coral bead at its point.
